In a Contract Position, you're an employee of Riptide Recruiting. Although you'll typically work on a "project basis" with our clients, many projects last anywhere from a few months to over a year. After the project is complete, Riptide Recruiting employees are reassigned through our network of client companies. Through a Consulting Position, you not only get the experience of working with a number of different companies, you also gain experience in a variety of industries - experience that will help you achieve your career objectives.
|Contract to Hire Positions
Working in a Contract to Hire Position helps you keep your career plan on track. These positions typically run three to six months as a consulting assignment before converting to a permanent (direct) position. During this time you are a full time employee of Riptide Recruiting, with access to all of Riptide Recruiting's benefits. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate both the position and the company. Should you decide the position is not what you want, when your assignment is completed, Riptide Recruiting will work to place you with another client.
|Direct Hire Positions
Our clients often call on us to help them fill open positions within their organizations. In this situation, Riptide Recruiting will actively seek out the best qualified individuals in their particular field to be candidates for these opportunities. When you take on a Direct Hire Position with one of our clients, Riptide Recruiting maintains contact to ensure your career develops as you have planned.
