She was consistently a top producer with each organization she represented. Her success over the years is due mainly to her ability to build long-term relationships with client companies as well as top-notch candidates. Cathy's customer service skills and knowledge of the industry has earned her an excellent reputation in the staffing industry.

During her 11 years in staffing, she has thrived in various economic climates including the 1990's recession where she broke numerous sales' records and received top awards. Cathy's leadership and wealth of industry experience positions Riptide Recruiting to continue to gain market share and maintain and build on its growth and profitability.

John's areas of responsibility at Riptide include Finance, Operations, and Marketing. Prior to co-founding Riptide with Cathy Lopez, John worked at a privately held staffing firm where he quickly rose to be one of the top producers in the company's Technical Recruiting Division, developing high-profile accounts at several of Silicon Valley's most respected and admired companies.

Prior to entering staffing, John was the co-founder of a very successful Management Consulting Company providing financial institutions, ranging from $4 Million to over $2 Billion in assets, streamlined procedures and policies to maximize the efficiency of their day-to-day operations.
