Jean Rasch
graduated from the Santa Clara University School of
Law, where she was awarded the 2000 CALA award in
Elderlaw and earned a Public Interest Certificate.
Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
English from Colgate
University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
from St. Louis
University, with certification in midwifery from the
University of
California, San Francisco.
After an extensive career in healthcare delivery,
Ms. Rasch worked as a
law student with Bay Area Legal Aid for one year,
representing disabled
clients denied Medi-Cal health insurance at
Administrative Law hearings.
Ms. Rasch specializes in working with the Medi-Cal
eligibility program and assisting with
conservatorships, substituted judgment petitions and
trust administration.
