Rosmary S. Bartsch graduated with great distinction from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, International Business. She earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Ms. Bartsch has an extensive business, accounting and tax background. Her experience at Pacific Financial Research fueled her interest in estate planning and financial management. Prior to joining our firm, she worked in a public accounting firm, in the areas of tax and business development.
Her work at Gilfix & La Poll Associates focuses extensively on tax planning. In particular, she works closely with individuals who employ Family Limited Partnerships and similarly sophisticated planning tools.
Ms. Bartsch administers the Gilfix & La Poll Associates "Peace of Mind Program" for our many trust clients and has special expertise in the field of Trust Administration.
