Adrian's on the potty, I'm on the news!
Here I am in my living room, being interviewed by KGO Channel 7 ABC News about Infant Potty Training. Because there were still a few people out there who didn't associate my name with baby pee and poo, or baby carriers. Fame is a weird thing.
The segment will air in the first week of May on the 5:00 news. I'll keep you posted.
Adrian continued to shine in the spotlight. Apart from a single barfing episode and a millisecond of fussing, he was all smiles and charm. He laughed on his changing table, and was happy as a clam on his potty, though he did not actually pee for the cameras. Not like that was obvious, and they aren't going to show the actual potty contents (or lack therof) on camera. So no biggie.
I felt like a blithering idiot, and forgot 90% of what I was meaning to talk about. Doh! But I'll probably only appear for 5 seconds anyway, so I guess that's no biggie either. I did remember to emphasize that I'm a busy working mom and I'm not just sitting around watching my kid's butt all day.
