My Pâté de Porc en Brioche
Here it is. Well, I'll give it another go. This time I'll grind the pâté finer, and use unsalted butter, and the aspic will be almost SET when I put it in the hole on top.

Mais, il est tout beau ton pate en brioche. C'est vraiment une dommage que il n'est pas sortie comme t'as voulu. Bon courage pour le prochain fois ma chere copine. Je veux bein etre la, dans ta cusine, avec toi. Je t'aime et tu me manque trop. Si tu veux vien ici avec le petie pour un sejour au soleil. Je t'invite a la francais.
